Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Devolver Digital gear, but if it's not the right fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
